We are currently looking at a programme of works to re-generate the pond. These currently include shoring the island and pumping excess silt from the pond into this area. Creating a planting area to allow a new reed bed to grow out from the island. Using Aerators to maintain oxygen levels within the pond. Work parties will be in operation the last Saturday of every month 10am-2pm until the work is complete

Fishery Management
Work parties will be held the last Saturday of every month commencing July 2010. The plans mentioned above should then be ready for implementation. Due to the nature of the work, please give up some of your time to help. The pond will be closed to fishing whilst the work party takes place.
Junior Management
