We are currently looking at a programme of works to re-generate the pond. These currently include shoring the island and pumping excess silt from the pond into this area. Creating a planting area to allow a new reed bed to grow out from the island. Using Aerators to maintain oxygen levels within the pond.

Fishery Management
Work parties will be held in April 2010. The plans mentioned above should then be ready for implementation. Due to the nature of the work, please give up some of your time to help. If you attend the work party you will be allowed to fish the rest of the day.
